Renewal notices are emailed three days before the actual renew date in your account. If your using a credit card you will not have to worry about manual payments. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. If payment is not received within 7 days a €5 fee will be added. HideMyHost.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. YOU are responsible for all fees owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that YOU notifies HideMyHost.com to request for termination of services. Although we are based in the Europe our websites currency is EUR (€). YOUR particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. YOUR account will automatically renew at this length unless cancelled before hand. There is no fee for cancelled accounts that have been paid for yearly. If you cancel an account on the monthly billing cycle HideMyHost.com can not refund any payments made before.
All annual payments are non refundable once the 7 day money back guarantee has passed. The only time your annual plan will end is if your account does not comply with our terms of service/acceptable usage policy. Both monthly and annual payments are non-refundable if your account does not follow our terms of service/acceptable usage policy.
Cancellation and Early Termination
Customers must acknowledge that the amount of the services bought is based on customers agreement to pay the fee for the initial term or renewal term.
Customers may not use our Network with an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server or account the customer is not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization’s security policy.
Any account that uses a high amount or unfair amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either upgrading their service level or reducing the resource used to an acceptable or fair level. Fair/unfair will be based on the plan price compared to the percentage of the server the account is consuming.
Background Running Programs
Background daemons in general are prohibited. we will consider requests on a per-application basis. If allowed, extra charges will be assessed based on resource requirements for system maintenance.
We provide 24/7/365 Technical Support to all its Resellers and direct clients. However, we do not provide support to your clients or your resellers.
We offers a money back guarantee on our web hosting services for the first 7 days of service. If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services within the first 7 days of service provided, you will be given a full refund of the hosting amount excluding setup fees, domain registration fees and overages.
Payment made for domain registration and custom dedicated individual servers will not be refunded.Creating a dispute in PayPal resolution center will only make your refund blocked for a period of 20 days as we do not respond to disputes. We will refund all customers in a peaceful matter so all clients can receive their money quicker. Refund will be made within 3 days.Accounts Suspended/Cancelled/Terminated by HideMyHost.com do not qualify for the 7 day money back guarantee.
Customer agrees to notify us of request to cancel at least 7 days prior to the next bill date.
Domain Privacy Protection
When you Register a domain name with HideMyHost.com, the Whois of your domain name lists your personal information (such as Name, Company Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address) as Contact Details for that domain name. This information becomes available to anyone who performs a Whois lookup of your domain name.
Your personal information is, therefore, at risk from being manipulated by data miners, who can then target you via junk email, prank telephone calls, postal messages, fax messages, etc..
Using HideMyHost.com's Privacy Protection service, you may immediately put a stop to such abuse. When you enable this service for your domain name, we replace your Contact Details in the Whois information with our generic contact details, thus, masking your personal contact details.

Flood Attacks (DDoS/DoS)
This policy applies to our entire services range. Any DoS/DDoS (Denial of Service / Distributed Denial of Service) flood attacked targeting the Client’s services will immediately render his/her services inactive without any prior notice. The Company may inform the Client, following the deactivation, about the reason for this action. This policy is meant to protect other clients that are sharing the same servers or infrastructure with the attacked client. If the attack does not affect other clients and it’s effects are strictly limited to the attacked client, the Company may choose not to deactivated the attacked client and only to notify the Client in respect to that incident.
Some known high-risk services are the audio streaming (ex. ShoutCast), the IRC (Internet Relay Chat) servers or the online gaming servers. We allow our Clients to use our services to host these types of services but the Clients should be aware of our Flood Attacks policy.
Following the deactivation, the Company may assist the Client in recovering the data stored on the Company’s infrastructure and servers, as the public access to the content will me forbidden.
WE WONT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER. WE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED FOR SERVICES WE PROVIDE. WE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NON-DELIVERIES, FAILED BACKUPS, FAILED HARDWARE, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY US.
